Estate Property Sale
The best move is not always to sell the home in the estate. We can review the needs of the heirs and provide options. If the home is to be sold, we can introduce you to investors for a quick cash sale or list the property for full market value.
Downsizing and Upsizing Consultation
Oftentimes, a home can become too large for the homeowner’s needs and the thought is to “downsize”. Conversely, the need may be to “upsize” to a larger, muti-generational home. We can help you assess your needs. If the decision is to find a new home, we work with you to find a home that is the “right size”.
Aging In Place Services
An aging couple or surviving spouse may wish to remain in their home for as long as possible. We provide recommendations for modifying the home, if needed and how to make it affordable to remain. We can also assist in finding a home-like setting that supports independence in a safe environment.
My sister passed away and my nephew is the heir to her estate. Many issues were found in the house due to lack of both internal and external maintenance
for a period of years. Additionally, my nephew resides in D.C. and I in Arizona. This also occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. From his first contact he was
provided an extraordinary response. Here are a few issues they assisted in helping resolve: broken water pipes and other plumbing issues; pest control;
flooring repair; clearing overgrown bushes and stumps; disposal of household furnishings. Their assistance was invaluable.
